One Coat Bond SL is a 5th generation Total Etch adhesive for dentin and enamel with a water-based solvent. Its hydrophilic chemical reaction and balanced composition allow complete penetration into the dentinal tubules, with perfect humidification of the dental structure, promoting homogeneity in the resin layer. Solvent-free and compatible with water, it provides consistent performance from the first to the last drop without evaporation or waste.

Directions for Use

1. Etching: Apply Coltène Etchant Gel S (35% phosphoric acid) onto all enamel and dentine surfaces using a disposable brush. Etch for 15 seconds, then rinse thoroughly for 20 seconds. No traces of etchant color should remain on enamel or dentine.
2. Moisture Control: Remove excess water with a cotton pellet or short air spray. Do not dry completely — the exposed collagen layer may collapse and reduce adhesion.
3. Bonding Agent Application: Apply one drop of One Coat Bond SL onto a disposable brush and massage into the tooth surface for 20 seconds.
4. Air Dry: Air dry lightly.
5. Light-Cure: Light-cure for 30 seconds.
6. Proceed with composite placement as per standard clinical protocol.
