GC everX Posterior is a short fibre-reinforced composite designed as a dentine replacement material, used in conjunction with a conventional composite (such as G-ænial Posterior) as enamel replacement. Its unique fibre structure prevents and stops crack propagation — the primary cause of composite failures — making it the ideal sub-structure for reinforcing large posterior restorations at chairside.

Indications

Reinforcing material for direct composite restorations, especially in large posterior cavities, including:

• Cavities with 3 or more surfaces to be restored
• Cavities with missing cusps
• Deep cavities (Class I, II, and endodontically treated teeth)
• Cavities after amalgam replacement
• Cavities where onlays and inlays would also be indicated

Directions for Use

1. Indicated for cavities greater than 3mm width.
2. After bonding, replace any missing walls with conventional composite.
3. Apply GC everX Posterior in 4–5mm increments and light-cure.
4. Cover with a final 1–2mm layer of conventional composite as enamel replacement.

• Store in a cool, dark place at 4–25°C / 39.2–77.0°F
• Keep away from high temperatures and direct sunlight
